How Does It Work?
Complete your 5-step Rewards Journey designed to build, enhance, and grow the CO community. Each step has an assigned cash value you qualify for once all requirements within that step are complete. Steps must be completed in order (& in full) before moving forward. You may cash out at any time, or complete the entire journey in order to earn the complete $500 value. The best part? Your reward will be sent straight to your door!
When can I move on to the next step?
Once all actions are completed, you can begin the next step. No need to wait for verification!
How do I verify my participation?
Verification will happen at the end of your Rewards Journey! Whenever you’re finished earning, email us at Rewards@CallDenverHVAC.com. Be sure to include your name & which step you’re cashing out on. We’ll provide the next steps!
How long does it take to verify my participation?
The verification period ranges from 1-14 days, depending on which step you’re cashing out on & the number of steps completed.
Can I cash out at the end of each step?
You can only cash-out once, If you decide later that you want to keep earning, you can start the Rewards Journey again at step one!Â
How will I receive the reward?
Let us know when you’re done earning & want to cash out. Once we verify your participation, you’ll receive a check straight to your door in 3-5 business days.
What if I can't complete a step?
No Facebook or Instagram? No problem! Shoot us an email and we will provide more information on the next steps.Â

Terms & Conditions
- Offers are not valid in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.
- Multiple discounts cannot be accumulated to be used on one order. One code per order.
- The referred friends must be a new customer to Colorado Discount Heating & Cooling, over the age of 18 and meet the conditions of their reward in order for the referrer to qualify for the reward.
- Service must be completed before the referrer is credited.
- All actions in a Step must be completed to move on to the next Step.
- Your participation/ completion of required actions must be verified to qualify for your cash rewards.
- Minimum spend of $2,000 for installation referrals required for the referrer to receive $300 & the referral to receive $1000 discount.
- Minimum spend of $200 for service repair referrals required for the referrer to receive $50 & the referral to receive $50 discount.
- Referral discount codes can only be redeemed towards parts & labor. Does not cover initial inspection or other fees.
- Services must be booked within 90 days. Discount codes will expire after this window.
- Limits in place on how many and how frequently referrals can be made by any single referrer.
- This program is subject to modification or termination at any time without notice.
